Christmas Opening Times
Island Medical & Wood Wharf Health Centre will be closed on the following dates:
- Wednesday 24th December (Christmas Eve): Closing at 6:30pm
- Thursday 25th December (Christmas Day): Closed
- Friday 26th December (Boxing Day): Closed
- Saturday 27th December: Closed
- Thursday 1st January 2026 (New Year's Day): Closed
If you need medical care or advice when the practice is closed please dial 111 to speak to the NHS 111 service, which is free of charge, they will be able to offer you medical advice or direct you to the most appropriate service.
If you are experiencing chest pain, any other life threatening emergency or for urgent medical advice that cannot wait until the surgery reopens please dial 999.
